• Being able to take the website live by the date of your choosing largely involves how efficiently you can move through the steps.
• If you feel that you cannot stay in prompt communication with support to complete these steps or you do not have DNS access, please hold off on filling out the go-live form until you are ready.

Since you answered no, we ask that you locate your domain host before starting this process, and gain access to the account. You will need to be able to login to make DNS record changes in order to take the website live. We cannot undertake these steps on your behalf as domains are highly secured, and we are not the owners of your domain.

To find where your domain is hosted:

1. Visit: ICANN
2. Place your website URL in the “Enter a value” field, then press “Lookup”
3. On the next screen, scroll down to “Registrar Information” which is who hosts your domain. Please contact them about gaining access to your account.

When you have this information and can access your domain host account, you can return and complete this Go-Live request form.

Note: Current customers with us may be able to take their redesign live sooner than 3 days since we already have your DNS records in place. Your support rep will work with you to see if this is possible.

Website hosting is different from domain hosting. The first being the platform that hosts your website, and the second being who hosts your domain (URL).

If your DNS is hosted from within your website hosting platform such as Wix, WordPress or Squarespace, as in — your DNS records point to the Wix, WordPress or Squarespace nameservers, then it is recommended by them that you transfer your domain out of those website hosting companies to a strictly domain hosting company such as GoDaddy or Network Solutions if you will no longer be using their services.

How can you tell: You can log into your hosting dashboard and find info about your domain OR you can do a search for your domain here: https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup  , scroll down to where it says Nameservers.

If the name of your WEBSITE host is within Nameservers, you should:

1. Work with your website host on how to initiate a domain transfer. This process can take 5 - 7 days.
2. We cannot proceed with your go-live until that is complete; please return to fill out this form once that is done.

If the name of your website host is not within Nameservers and it is instead the name of your domain host then please proceed with filling out this form.
