Ready to take your new design live?
  • This requires us to generate records that will need to be put in place within your DNS host.
  • You will need to know who hosts your domain (ex: GoDaddy) AND have login access to make the DNS changes in order to take your new site live.
  • We ask that you submit your request at least 5 BUSINESS days before your desired Go-Live date in order to allow for enough time to complete the steps.
  • We do not Go-Lives on Fridays, weekends or holidays.

  • If you selected NO above, we ask that you locate your domain host before starting this process, and gain access to the account. You will need to be able to login to make DNS record changes in order to take the website live. We cannot undertake these steps on your behalf as domains are highly secured, and we are not the owners of your domain.

    To find where your domain is hosted:

    1. Visit: https://who.is/ 
    2. Place your website URL in the search field.
    3. The next screen will display “Registrar Info” which is who hosts your domain. Please contact them about gaining access to your account.

    When you have this information and can access your domain host account, you can return and complete this Go-Live request form.

  • Note: Time availability will depend on the date. The support team will provide alternative times if the requested time is not available.

     

  • Note: Current customers with us may be able to take their redesign live sooner than 5 days since we already have your DNS records in place. Your support rep will work with you to see if this is possible.
