Go-Lives are only performed Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:00AM and noon CST.
It is imperative that you are able to respond to support emails in a timely manner as they will be instructing you on actions that must be taken to work through this process. We ask you not to start this process until you are fully ready to begin as delays will necessitate putting your Go-Live on hold.
