Hosting
Your site runs on infrastructure we manage end to end — nothing for your team to patch or provision.
- Fully managed website hosting (domain hosting is not included).
- Documents, images, audio, and video are uploaded through Site Manager's File Uploads and Media Library.
- A temporary site to build on before launch, so nothing is public until you're ready.
- Your domain stays with your own DNS provider. At go-live, we generate the exact records you need, walk your team through adding them, and coordinate the cutover.
Security
School websites hold real family information, and we treat that as a locked-down responsibility, not an afterthought.
- A closed platform by design: no FTP, no direct server access, and no installing third-party applications or custom code. Our platform connects to FACTS SIS, so the environment stays locked down rather than open to anything anyone might upload. It's a deliberate tradeoff — you give up server-level access, and in exchange every school on the platform gets an environment that can't be compromised by someone else's plugin.
- HTTPS on every site, with certificates managed and provided by us.
- Separate staging and production environments — your live site isn't where we test updates.
- Secure administration: cross-site request forgery protection, an activity log, role-based permissions, and CAPTCHA on public forms.
