This isn't a general-purpose website builder with a school template bolted on. It's a platform designed around how schools actually operate: a content management system your staff can run without a web developer, direct integration with the FACTS products you already use, and a team that hosts, supports, and trains alongside you.

Your website and FACTS SIS are synced
Announcements, calendars, lunch menus, directories, staff profiles, and newsletters are all managed from one system. If you use FACTS SIS, six of these tools sync automatically — post it once in the SIS and your website reflects it, no copy-and-paste, no risk the two versions disagree.
If you don't use the SIS, you manage the same tools directly on the site — still one system, still one login.
Your staff can actually run it
Website Admins log in with their existing FACTS SIS credentials — no new password to manage — or with assigned credentials if their school doesn't use the SIS. From there, it's a visual editor with built-in spell check and grammar check, a page builder for arranging content, and role-based permissions so people only reach what they should.

Accessible and findable — not just compliant
Every template in our library is tested with the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool against WCAG and ADA standards: semantic markup, screen reader support, keyboard navigation, and real HTML text instead of text baked into an image. But accessibility only protects you from risk — it doesn't fill seats. That's why every site also ships with the SEO fundamentals that help prospective families find you in the first place: automatic XML sitemaps, editable page titles and meta descriptions, clean URLs, and HTTPS by default.

You work with a member of our team through the design phase, then transition to our Support team, who train your staff, answer questions, and help your site grow. Your site is hosted on a closed platform by design — no FTP, no third-party code — because school websites handle real family data, and that data deserves a locked-down environment rather than one open to anything anyone might upload. HTTPS, managed hosting, and live phone and email support are included.
